On the docket for Indiana County’s District Courts today is a case of a Homer City woman who is charged in connection with an alleged assault earlier this month.
Court documents say 40-year-old Bonnie Marie Redmond faces two counts each of aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, aggravated assault-attempt to cause serious bodily injury and terroristic threats along with single counts of criminal mischief, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct in connection with an incident on May 15th.
Meanwhile, in Indiana County’s Court of Common Pleas, a post-sentence motion hearing is scheduled for 36-year-old Tramale Jay Lockett, who was found guilty in January of this year of DUI-Controlled substance and two summary traffic violations for an incident on June 28th of 2020. He was ordered in April to serve one to five years in prison.
