The Indiana County Association of Township Officials will meet for their spring convention today in Dixonville.
Township leaders from across the county are expected to be in attendance today at the St. John’s Church Hall. Speakers today will include state and county government representatives. That includes Laura Herrington with the Indiana County Tourist Bureau, who will talk with the township reps about passing a resolution to join the America 250 celebration. Also delivering remarks today are David Sanko, the president of the State Association of Township Supervisors, and ICATO President David Overdorff.
The event runs from 9-1 today.
