Thursday was a busy day for area first responders as several calls were reported to Indiana County 911.
Three calls were made for firefighters to assist EMS personnel. The first sent Coral-Graceton Fire Department to Luciusboro Road in Center Township around 10:37 a.m. Marion Center and Plumville firefighters were dispatched for the second call around one o’clock at a location along Main Street in Marion Center Borough. Then, Commodore Fire Department was dispatched to Linden Road in Green Township around 3:16.
Blairsville and Black Lick firefighters were dispatched to a two-vehicle accident along North Walnut Street in Blairsville Borough shortly before 2 p.m. You can read more about that crash here.
The 27th brush fire of the year was reported along Route 210 in North Mahoning Township around 3:18 p.m. Perry Township and Lindsey firefighters were called to that incident. No details are available.
And Indiana Fire Association members responded to an automatic fire alarm activation along South 4th Street in Indiana Borough around 10:50 p.m.
