Several preliminary hearings are scheduled for today in Indiana County’s Court of Common Pleas, including two for a man charged with crimes related to meth production.
Two preliminary hearings are scheduled for today for 49-year-old James William Taylor of Indiana. He faces the same charges in both cases: Felony counts of operating a meth lab, deposits or stores of chemical waste, possession of red phosphorus, and possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, along with misdemeanor counts of possession of ephedrine and of drug paraphernalia. One case dates back to August 23rd of 2022 and the other from June 22nd of 2021.
Both hearings are scheduled before District Judge Tony Sottile today at 10 AM. Taylor has been in Indiana County Jail since his arrest in October of last year in lieu of $5000 bail.
