UPDATE: An Indiana man was sentenced this morning in connection with two cases.
Indiana County Judge Michael Clark presided over both sentencing hearings for 26-year-old Shane Domino. In one case, he pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct in connection with a fight with three others in the early morning hours of October 17th of last year. He was ordered to serve a year on probation.
In the second case, he pleaded guilty to Driving Under the Influence for an incident on October 8th of last year. For that case, he was ordered to serve up four days in jail and four days less than six months of probation, with one month of that probation on electronic monitoring.
Both sentences will run concurrently.

An Indiana man will be sentenced today in two different cases.
According to court documents, 26-year-old Shayne Domino will go before Judge Michael Clark today in connection with charges of simple assault, engaging in fighting and harassment that date back to October 17th of last year. Indiana Borough Police say that Domino was involved with three others in a fight in the “00” block of South Colter Avenue around 1:47 AM.
Domino will also be sentenced on a guilty plea to driving under the influence for an incident on October 8th of last year.
