Authorities in Cambria County have announced the arrest of two individuals in connection with a homicide near the Indiana-Cambria county line.
Cambria County District Attorney Gregory Neugebauer announced in a news release that 41-year-old Justin Allen Green and 31-year-old Brooke Ashley Pullin, both of Johnstown, were apprehended and are now in Cambria County’s prison. They are charged in connection with the death of 44-year-old Daryl Vincent Lee, Jr. of Johnstown, who was found dead along Route 403 and Cramer Pike early last Friday morning. Police treated the case as a homicide. He died from a single gunshot wound.
Green was charged with criminal homicide, felony robbery and misdemeanor counts of abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence, providing a false ID to law enforcement, and receiving stolen property. Pullin was charged with all the misdemeanor crimes that Green faces, but neither of the felony crimes. The circumstances of their apprehension were not released.
The two are scheduled for preliminary hearings on August 2nd at 1:00 PM. Both are in Cambria County Prison. No bail was set for Green due to the homicide charge while Pullin had bail set at $150,000 by District Judge Kevin Price.
