From now until 1:00, IRMC Park in Downtown Indiana is blocked off so that Citizens’ Ambulance can meet with the people of Indiana. Much of their equipment will be on display and according to Michael Dunn, the senior operations manager, it’s important that the service can get out and interact with the public in this way.
Along with the activities, people will also get the chance to become members of the service or make a contribution to Jo-Jo’s challenge, where every dollar raised will be matched by two anonymous donors. The challenge will continue until the end of the month.
If you can’t make it to this event, another event at IRMC Park is scheduled for next Wednesday, April 26th.
