During the annual meeting on Thursday at the KCAC, the Chamber of Commerce announced the 2023 class of the Chamber’s Business Hall of Fame.
In the deceased category, the inductees include:
- Roseann Lubold, the late founder of Roseann’s Everyday Gourmet
- The Brody family, owners and founders of Brody’s Department Store
In the living category, the inductees include:
- Robert Marcus of McGregor Motors and Marcus and Mack
- Mike Donnelly of the Indiana Gazette
- Todd Brice of S&T Bank
Brice said it was a great honor to be named to the hall.
Donnelly agreed, saying for him that it will be great to join the other members of the family in the hall.
Marcus said that it would be a great honor to join the others in the hall of fame.
Also going into the hall of fame this year is former educator and county commissioner Rodney Ruddock as the Chairman’s selection. Ruddock said the honor was a surprise to him.
The official induction ceremony and dinner will be held in June of 2023. This marks the 8th class of inductees for the Business Hall of Fame.
