Tuesday was a busy day for first responders, with a total of four vehicle crashes reported over the 24 hour time span.
We reported on two vehicle accidents that happened in the morning hours. On top of those, Clymer Fire Department and Citizens Ambulance were dispatched for a crash on Route 286 in Rayne Township at 2:48 PM. Then at 7:17 PM, the Homer City Fire Department, Citizens Ambulance and State Police were dispatched to an accident on Rustic Lodge Road in Center Township.
Along with those calls for assistance, Indiana fire and police departments were dispatched for an air assist call on Grant Street at 1:18 PM. The two entities would be called out at 4:40 PM for a vehicle fire on Philadelphia Street.
And this morning, the Rossiter Fire Department was dispatched at 3:15 to help EMTs with a call on Johnsonburg Road in Canoe Township.
