First responders in Center Township were busy early this morning with a vehicle crash.
The Coral-Graceton Volunteer Fire Department and Pennsylvania State Police were called out at 1:09 this morning for the reported crash on Fire Academy Road in Center Township. No details are available yet on the crash.
That was the second crash within a roughly 12-hour time frame, as Homer City fire crews were called out for a vehicle crash on Route 119 South in Center Township at 12:59 PM. State police were also dispatched to the scene at the time.
Black Lick and Blairsville fire crews were also busy as they were called out to set up a landing zone at the Black Lick Township Building. This was for a Lifeflight helicopter who was transporting someone for medical treatment to a Pittsburgh-based hospital.
