A Blairsville woman is due for a preliminary hearing today concerning drug-related charges from late last year.
Court documents show that 35-year-old Nicole Lickenfelt of Blairsville is scheduled to appear before District Judge Susanne Steffee concerning charges of possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia along with possession with intent to deliver connected with charges filed on October 26th of last year. She has been free on $5,000 bond since December 9th in connection with that case.
Lickenfelt has a few cases in the court system right now, including one from March 18th of this year. In that case, police had pulled her over around 9:30 PM at Route 119 and East Church Street in Homer City. When police investigated her, they found she had a warrant out for a February 22nd bail revocation hearing. In the incident in Homer City, she was charged with felony fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, 24 misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and summary traffic violations.
She is also awaiting a criminal call hearing on May 6th for a case on April 1st of 2021 where she possession of a controlled substance, possession with the intent to deliver, and criminal use of a communications facility.
