The weather forecast has prompted the Catholic Diocese of Greensburg to postpone today’s scheduled visit by Bishop Larry Kulick to St. Bernard of Clairvaux in Indiana.
The bishop has been visiting parishes throughout the Catholic Diocese of Greensburg in town hall-style “listening sessions” as part of the papal call for a “Synod of Synodality” to listen to a broad range of people and learn about the major issues facing the church and “enlighten minds, warm hearts, and restore the strength through (their) common mission.”
Within the Diocese of Greensburg, the effort began with a survey of parishioners, followed by Bishop Kulick’s seven-stop tour of the diocese for listening sessions. The session are not specifically limited to members of parishes where the sessions are being held.
Bishop Kulick’s visit to St. Bernard of Clairvaux has been rescheduled for March 1st at 6 PM.
