A motions hearing is scheduled for today for one of the suspects in the Carriage House Shooting in October of 2020.
Court documents show that 19-year-old Isabella Marie Edmonds of Indiana is facing charges of criminal homicide, robbery-inflicting serious injuries and conspiracy to both crimes. Today’s hearing will concern a motion to withdraw a petition to decertify and transfer the case to juvenile court. Police say that she, along with Isaiah Moore, Delmar Chatman and Terrion Gates, all from Philadelphia, went to the Carriage House apartments on October 17th to acquire some marijuana from Jadeyn Wright, and that lead to the shooting.
Moore has a criminal call hearing later this week, and a motions hearing set for February 16th. Gates is also due for a criminal call hearing this week and a pretrial conference set for February 2nd. Chatman is also due for a pretrial conference on February 2nd.
