Two Indiana residents have been charged after an assault investigation last weekend.
Indiana Borough Police were summoned to a home in the 11-hundred block of Church Street just before one o’clock Sunday afternoon. Based on the unnamed victim’s statements and injuries, police say they learned that 25-year-old Tyler Pandullo had held a female down while 25-year-old Holly Hoffman had struck her repeatedly.
Pandullo was taken into custody and charged with unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, simple assault, and harassment. He was arraigned before District Judge Susanne Steffee and ordered held at the Indiana County Jail with bond set at $10,000. Hoffman was charged via summons with simple assault and harassment.

An Indiana man has been charged with accidents involving damage to attended property, DUI-related driving while suspended, the same offense as a habitual offender, and careless driving for a hit-and-run crash Saturday afternoon in the 400 block of North Fourth Street. Borough Police say 42-year-old James Wilson’s vehicle was found a few blocks from the accident scene, unattended in a business’s parking lot. They do not say what he hit.
Police have charged 57-year-old Harry Hirsch of West Chester with disorderly conduct after they say he caused a disturbance early Sunday morning in the 600 block of Philadelphia Street.
