The Indiana Regional Medical Center is planning to expand its Center for Spine and Pain Management in Punxsutawney this fall.
On Indiana in the Morning this morning, pain management specialist Dr. Jonathan Scholl said that IRMC is in the planning stages of expanding the department to Punxsutawney Hospital in the coming months, a move that he says will be more convenient for out-of-county residents.
We will have more information on when the agreement was reached, and what kind of services the extension will offer once details are made available.
