Two vehicle fires were reported on Friday on different portions of the same state highway.
The first fire was reported at 10:24 AM on Route 422 East in White Township. Indiana Fire Association Company 2 was dispatched for that call. At 3:07 PM, firefighters were called out to Route 422 east again, this time in Cherryhill Township for another vehicle fire. Cherryhill firefighters were assisted on scene by state police.
Indiana firefighters were also called out last night for a report of lines down along Fairman Avenue in White Township. That call was at 8:00 PM.
