A Philadelphia man accused of robbing a couple at their White Township home and shooting at someone in Indiana Borough entered guilty pleas to a handful of charges on Monday.
21-year-old Thomas Lindsay pleaded guilty to one felony count of robbery in one case, and to felony charges of aggravated assault and carrying firearm without a license in the other case. Other charges, including two counts of attempted homicide, three other counts of aggravated assault, conspiracy to the same offense, and reckless endangerment in the shooting and one additional count of robbery, terroistic threats, theft, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to robbery and reckless endangerment were not prosecuted.
Lindsay fired three shots at a man with whom he’d argued with earlier on June 23rd of last year at a home on Third Street in Indiana Borough. The next day, he and two other men robbed a couple at gunpoint at a home on Center Street in White Township.
Lindsay’s sentencing hearing is set for July 23rd.
