Despite snowy weather, drivers in Indiana County fared well yesterday, with no firefighter dispatches for accidents reported.
Glen Campbell and Pine Township firefighters served standby duty for Spangler’s fire company for a fire in Cambria County.
Tunnelton, Saltsburg, Iselin, Blairsville and Coral-Graceton firefighters were summoned for a reported structure fire along Route 286 in Conemaugh Township, but that turned out to be a malfunctioning furnace, and all units returned to their stations.
