Indiana’s five-game winning streak is snapped with a 4-0 shutout by Knoch, which scored all of its runs in the second inning. Knoch’s Kaila Purcell gave up just two hits. Indiana’s Samantha Martin struck out nine.

BASEBALL
Indiana played Connellsville in a non-section game and suffered its first setback of the season, 10-1. Four different players had one hit apiece for Indiana. Ethan Shank had one of them and drove in the Indians’ one run.
Indiana is 12-1 overall, 8-0 in Section play.
