Through the early morning hours, parts of the region have received up to 1.00-1.50 inches of rain. Due to this, rainfall from early this week, and the additional accumulation expected this weekend, we have expanded the flood watch to include multiple counties in southwestern PA and parts of northern WV as well as an additional county in Ohio.
