One person was arrested following an incident this morning at the Sheetz along East Market Street in Blairsville Borough.
Police say they were summoned to the store around 4 AM for a reported theft in progress and found 34-year-old Tyler Ballengee consuming approximately $15.63 worth of food and drink he did not pay for when they arrived. During the incident, Ballengee allegedly gave officers a false name and it was revealed he had an arrest warrant out of Westmoreland County for drug possession charges.
