Indiana Borough Police have charged an Indiana man in connection with an incident of indecent assault from December of 2023.
23-year-old Austin Brewer was charged in connection with a two-month investigation that started in March. It was discovered that Brewer allegedly sexually assaulted a juvenile back in December of last year at a home in Indiana Borough’s West Ward. Criminal investigators with Indiana Borough Police were assisted in their investigation by the county Children and Youth Services office and by the District Attorney’s office.
Charges of indecent assault of someone under 16 and indecent assault without consent were filed through District Judge Tony Sottile’s office.
