At least one person was injured in a crash Thursday afternoon in Green Township.
Indiana County 911 dispatched Commodore Fire Department, Citizens’ Ambulance and state police at 4:13 PM to an area along Hemlock Drive for a report of a crash involving an ATV. State Police Public Information Officer Cliff Greenfield said at least one person was hurt and Commodore firefighters were called to set up a landing zone a few minutes later. Additional details on the crash are forthcoming.
Besides the crash, Thursday was relatively calm for first responders as only one other incident was reported, that being a physical rescue call along Kolter Drive in White Township around 10:08 AM. Details on that incident are not available.
