Daniel B. Super, 68 of Penn Run, PA., passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at his home surrounded by his loving family.
He was the son of Louis and Janis (Dietman) Super, born May 16, 1955, in Indiana, PA.
Dan was a graduate of Indiana High School class of 73’. He worked for FMC for 33 years and retired from Versa Fab as a manufacturing supervisor. Dan’s heart belonged to his wife and family. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, gardening, and bird watching and was known for his amazing cooking and baking. Dan was a devoted member of Camp 3030 where he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. He could often be found at Meadow Lane Golf Course creating memories with a great bunch of friends.
He was an outstanding husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He will forever be loved and missed.
He is survived by his wife, Bridget (Hammond) Super, three daughters, Danielle Super of Penn Run, Bethany Hardesty and husband TJ of Duncansville, and Erin Hildebrand and husband Steven of Penn Run, as well as five grandchildren, Josephine, Woods, and David Hardesty, and Emma and Andrew Hildebrand.
Dan was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, William Super.
Friends will be received on Sunday, April 14, 2024, from 1 pm to 5 pm at the McCabe~Roof Funeral Home, 565 Franklin St. Clymer. His Memorial Service will follow at 5 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Kathy Mihoerck, Officiant.
