Bargaining for a new contract resumes on Tuesday for coaches in the State System of Higher Education. Negotiators have a two-day session planned after last meeting on October 30th. The coaches and faculty at the State System schools are working under terms of contracts that expired June 30th. Faculty negotiations are scheduled to resume on December 4th.
Meanwhile, when classes resume tomorrow at IUP, it will mark just two weeks before the end of the Fall semester. Classes end December 11th, with winter commencement scheduled for December 16th.
IUP’s Council of Trustees is scheduled to meet December 14th.
