An Indiana man charged in connection an incident dating back to last year entered guilty pleas for that charge Tuesday morning.
District Attorney Robert Manzi said 37-year-old Mark Allen Juart pled guilty to a third-degree felony charge of indecent assault of someone under 13 years old. He adds a summary count of harassment was not prosecuted.
The charge stems from an investigation conducted by state police that determined Juart had indecent contact with a minor between January 1, 2022 to March 19 of this year.
The investigation started after a report was made to Childline and it included a forensic interview at the CARE Center of Indiana, in which the minor described the contact to the interviewer.
Juart is scheduled to be sentenced March 22 of next year at 8:30 AM.
