The sounds of Marching Bands and cheers from the crowd went through Downtown Indiana as the 2023 IUP Homecoming Parade went off this morning.
Over 70 units marched in the parade. Indiana Borough Mayor Bill Simmons was a part of the parade with the Indiana Fire Association, and has been in many of these parades over the years. He talks about what has changed over time.
IUP President Dr. Michael Driscoll also was happy with how well attended this year’s parade was compared to last year.
