Indiana borough police have charged a man with public intoxication for an incident early this morning.
Officers were called out at 2:00 AM to the 1000 block of Washington Street for a report of a man behaving suspiciously. Police found 46-year-old Joshua Bradley exhibiting erratic behavior and told police that he had taken a controlled substance.
He was issued a non-traffic summary citation through district judge Guy Haberl’s office and was lodged at the Indiana County Jail.
