First responders had a relatively busy day on Sunday as six calls were made to Indiana County 911.
Members of the Coral Fire Department were dispatched to set up a landing zone around Murry Avenue in Center Township around 12:10 a.m. No word if this was in response to the structure fire that was reported along Catherine Street Saturday evening.
Armagh fire crews were called out to handle downed utility lines around 1:10 a.m. That was along Grange Hall Road in East Wheatfield Township.
Iselin and Saltsburg fire departments were summoned to Adair Road in neighboring Armstrong County a few hours later. Iselin crews were called for tanker assist around 3 a.m., while Saltsburg crews were called in for general assistance a little over an hour later.
Indiana Fire Association members were summoned to an automatic fire alarm activation along Wayne Avenue in White Township around 10 a.m.
And Homer City Fire Department was dispatched to a vehicle fire along Route 119 South in Center Township around 12:30 p.m. Details on the fire are unavailable at this time.
