The Oakland Avenue construction project moves on this week with more nighttime work starting tomorrow.
Crews will be milling and paving at the intersection of Indian Springs Road and Oakland Avenue between 7 PM and 7 AM. The workers prepared the site last week in another nighttime operation. Expect lane closure and flaggers directing traffic tomorrow night.
The entire $19.83 million project on Oakland Avenue between Rustic Lodge Road and the Route 422 interchange is scheduled for completion in December.
