As the next election season draws near, Indiana County is taking a major step in ensuring integrity and fairness at the polls.
On Indiana in the Morning on Tuesday, Indiana County Chief Clerk Robin Maryai announced the hiring of Wilson Reagan as the new Elections Coordinator. Maryai said Reagan will help keep the election process manageable, as it has become complex over the years.
Reagan, who recently worked in Westmoreland County, said he plans on modernizing the election process while upholding election integrity in Indiana County. One way is to work with local leaders and community members to make sure things smooth in the upcoming election.
The election is scheduled for May 16th.
