A Shelocta man is charged with terroristic threats and simple assault for an incident on Wednesday afternoon.
State police from the Kittanning barracks were called out at 4:09 PM yesterday to a residence in Wayne Township for a report that the home owner, identified as a 32-year-old Kittanning man, was assaulted by 40-year-old Rody James Allshouse, Jr. of Shelocta.
