The Bullpen Bulls 18u softball team and 12u baseball team came home with the gold following tournaments over the weekend.
The baseball team clinched a 4-0 record at the Kinzua Sluggers Summer Slam Tournament. The Bulls went 4-0 and outscored opponents, 54-23, across the weekend.
Offensively, the Bulls hit .472 with 12 home runs, one coming from Christian Moyer in the championship game.
Meanwhile, the 18u Bulls softball team were crowned champions this weekend at the Atlantic Coast Legends of Summer Tournament in Morgantown, West Virginia. Out of eight teams, the Bulls finished 4-1 in pool play (3-0 on Friday and 1-1 on Saturday), earning the No. 1 seed headed into elimination Sunday.
Rain, however, would wipe out action on Sunday so the Bulls were automatically named tournament champions.
