UPDATE: Charges were dismissed against Nathalie Livingston as the victim in the case did not wish to testify in court.

A preliminary hearing for a Blairsville woman charged with stabbing a man in Blairsville is scheduled to go before District Judge Guy Haberl today.
35-year-old Nathalie Livingston was scheduled to have a preliminary hearing two weeks ago on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, simple assault and harassment for the incident on July 3rd, but that hearing was postponed. Blairsville police said on that day, officers were dispatched to a location on Market Street at 1:29 in the morning and found 55-year-old Samuel Skinner with multiple stab wounds. He was airlifted to UMPC Presbyterian Hospital for treatment.
Livingston has been in Indiana County Jail since her arrest as she was unable to post $100,000 bail.
