A woman charged with stabbing a Blairsville man will be in district court for a preliminary hearing.
35-year-old Nathalie Livingston of Blairsville will go before District Judge Guy Haberl for her hearing today. Blairsville police say that they were dispatched at 1:29 that morning to a location on West Market Street and found 55-year-old Samuel Skinner stabbed. He was airlifted to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital for treatment of his wounds. Livingston was charged with felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment for the case. She has been in Indiana County Jail since then in lieu of $100,000 bond.
Her case is one of several up for a preliminary hearing today. Another person due in court today is Dalas Waltemire of Indiana. The 19-year-old is charged with misdemeanor indecent assault by forcible compulsion for an incident in February of this year. Also due in court is 23-year-old Caleb Harvey of Indiana, who is charged with simple assault, theft, cyber harassment of a minor and receiving stolen property for an incident on May 30th.
