The Indiana Fire Association has been busy over the last 24 hours with multiple calls for service during that time.
Along with a call early yesterday morning that turned out to be a non-emergency, crews were called out at 3:20 PM for a traffic accident on Old Route 119 North in White Township. Pennsylvania State Police and Citizens’ Ambulance joined the fire department in that investigation. At 6:08 PM, members were dispatched to a location along Philadelphia Street in Indiana Borough for what was initially termed a “miscellaneous” call. That call turned out to be a mulch fire.
About an hour later, Indiana Fire Association members were called out for an automatic fire alarm activation on Campbell Lane in White Township. And at 1:07 this morning, a second vehicle accident was reported along Route 422 East in White Township. State Police and Citizens’ Ambulance were on-scene as well.
Details have not yet been provided for any of the incidents.
