A local hotel was recently selected as the recipient of an award that recognizes top-tier service towards its guests.
In a post on its Facebook page, Lion Country Lodging, a full-service hotel management company that’s mission is to provide first-class service to full and limited-service hotels, announced that the Hilton Garden Inn was selected to receive the Brighthearted Award.
The company said in the post that the Hilton Garden Inn ranked in the top one percent of hotels that achieve the highest Service and Loyalty Tracking (SALT) scores, which include: overall service, customers feeling welcomed, problem resolution and room cleanliness.
The Brighthearted Award is awarded to hotels both nationally and internationally.
