The founder of a popular pizza chain that started in Pennsylvania has passed away.
Jim Fox, founder of Fox’s Pizza Den, died on Saturday at the age of 74. Fox’s dream of owning a pizza franchise started in 1971 in Pitcairn – about an hour and ten minutes away from Indiana – and it grew into 22 states with more than 200 franchises opened, including five across Indiana County.
The cause of Fox’s death has not been announced.
