The Purchase Line School Board held their reorganization meeting last night before their work session.
Five people took the oath of office last night. They included Michelle Buterbaugh, Sandra Fyock, Scott Gearhart, Jean Harkleroad and Michael Moyer. Gearhart was elected as the board president and Fyock was named vice president of the board.
The board also set their meeting schedules for 2022. Committee of the whole meetings will be held on the first Monday of the month, with the regular school board meeting on the following Monday. Exceptions to that include January, where everything is moved up one week due to the New Year’s holiday, the month of June where meetings will be held on the 13th and 20th, and the month of July, where there are no meetings scheduled.
Their next meeting will be next Monday, December 13th, which will be their regular voting meeting.
