The Open Door will have new leadership at the start of 2022.
In a news release, The Open Door Board of Directors President Sheriff Bob Fyock announced that Dr. Megan Miller will be the new executive director of the non-profit behavioral health organization. She will replace Vince Mercuri, who notified the board that he would retire at the end of the year.
Mercuri has served The Open Door for 18 years, and Sheriff Fyock said during Mercuri’s tenure, he has helped the group grow its clinical/crisis services and maintained state of the art excellence. Miller has ten years of leadership experience in the group, and was also a part of their clinical excellence.
