Indiana Regional Medical Center has the Pfizer Covid-19 booster shots and are ready to distribute them to those who are eligible.
IRMC Chief Medical Officer Dr. Richard Neff said that this will apply to people who had both shots of Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine and it’s been at least six months since the last vaccination. He did say that certain people are eligible for these boosters.
For most people, they can get the flu shot and the Covid-19 booster at the same time, but it is recommended that they talk with their doctor before doing so.
Boosters will be distributed at the KCAC on Tuesdays from 10 AM to 6 PM through at least November. That will start next week. Appointments are needed. To make an appointment, you can call 1-888-452-4762 or visit irmc.org/vaccine
