A Homer City man was taken into jail and charged following an incident on July 30 in Indiana Borough.
Indiana Borough Police conducted a traffic stop along the 500-block of Philadelphia St. shortly after 10 p.m. and found that the driver of the vehicle, later identified as 25-year-old Richard Harshbarger, was found to be driving without a license. Harshbarger also had a prior warrant out for his arrest.
His passenger, 50-year-old William Elwood Shaw, was found to be in possession of a controlled substance.
Harshbarger was taken to Indiana County Jail and cited for driving without a license. Shaw was charged with possession of controlled substances through District Judge Guy Haberl’s office.

Two people were charged for drug-related crimes after Indiana Borough Police and the Indiana County Sheriff’s Office responded to an incident in Regency Square on Friday. Reports say officers were dispatched to 20 Regency Square Drive after the county sheriff’s office called them to assist after they found drug paraphernalia during an incident.
39-year-old Jacqueline Malloy of Bolivar and 42-year-old Matthew Saltsgiver of Robinson were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia through District Judge Guy Haberl’s Office.

Indiana Borough Police have charged a Delmont man for multiple alcohol-related crimes an incident on June 5. Officers say Chance Orr was found intoxicated in the 400-block of South 5th St. around 4 a.m.
Orr was charged with DUI, underage drinking and a traffic violation.
