State police in Indiana have released an update on two people listed on the latest “Five Most Wanted” list earlier today.
Troopers say that 31-year-old Jacquelyn Mehalic of Coral and 39-year-old Ryan Turner of Homer City have been taken into custody and each were arraigned before Magesterial Judge Susanne Steffee.
Mehalic was wanted for charges of felony possession with intent to deliver connected with an incident in Homer City last year. She was remanded to Indiana County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 22 at 11 a.m.
Turner was wanted for charges of retail theft – graded as a third-degree felony – that occurred in Homer City last year. Troopers say those charges were waived for court following a preliminary hearing on May 25.
A new “Five Most Wanted” poster will be issued in the future, according to state police.
