A Philadelphia man who pleaded guilty in February to two counts of dealing drugs in Indiana County was sentenced yesterday to 18 to 72 months in state prison.
District Attorney Bob Manzi announced the sentencing of 29-year-old Devon Perrin, who also is listed with an address in Pittsburgh.
Manzi said Perrin “made a choice to come to Indiana County and sell drugs in our community. It was the wrong choice.” He thanked state police for their investigation. Perrin sold a confidential informant cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl in controlled buys in March and April of 2019.
Perrin, who has convictions in a number of cases in Philadelphia and Montgomery counties, asked Judge Michael T. Clark for probation, but the judge sent him to prison instead.
