Congratulations to John Bomboy, the former athletic director at Marion Center High School, who this week was inducted into the Pennsylvania State Athletic Directors Association Hall of Fame.
Bomboy spent 32 years as the AD at Marion Center High School.

He was actually supposed to be inducted last year, but the ceremony was shot down by the pandemic.
Bomboy says his motivation for staying on the job for all those years was simple…it was the people, especially the students.
Bomboy says being an athletic director is a gratifying position, if sometimes a little aggravating.
Also among the four A.D.s inducted this year was former Indiana High football coach and North Hills High School athletic director Dan Cardone.
