A Clymer man was arrested following a crash in Brush Valley Township on May 17.
State police in Indiana say that around 7:30 p.m., 44-year-old David Freeman was driving his 2007 Pontiac G6 along Route 286 Highway east of Pond Lane when his car left the roadway and struck a tree.
While Freeman was not hurt in the accident, state troopers discovered that he was driving under the influence and was arrested on-scene.
