The Indiana Regional Medical Center is continuing its efforts in vaccinating residents against COVID-19 in Indiana County.
IRMC Chief Medical Officer Richard Neff announced on Indiana in the Morning today that more walk-in clinics are scheduled for today and the near future. He said one COVID-19 vaccination clinic is scheduled for today that started at 8 a.m. and will run until 4:30 p.m. at the KCAC, with doses of the Pfizer vaccine available for everyone ages 12 years and older.
Neff said that everyone, regardless of age, receives the same dose of the vaccine.
He also detailed future vaccination clinics that will be coming up. Some are scheduled to be held at remote locations to speed up the vaccination rate.
