Borough police in Indiana have charged two Blairsville residents with disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident on Tuesday.
Reports say 29-year-old Brian Eiselman and 23-year-old Brittany Croyle were arguing in a car that was located along the 800-block of Philadelphia and Church Street, which caused local bystanders to be alarmed. Upon police arrival, it was discovered that Eiselman had items of drug paraphernalia on his person.
A criminal complaint was filed against Eiselman for possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. Croyle was charged with two summary citations of disorderly conduct and multiple traffic offenses.
All charges were through District Judge Guy Haberl’s office.
