The Indiana County Center for Economic Opportunity has announced an opportunity for businesses hit hard by Covid-19 to receive a $10,000 grant courtesy of Verizon.
The Verizon Big Concert for Small Business/LISC Small Business Recovery grant is being distributed by the Local Initiatives Support Corporation, a non-profit community development financial institution that supports community development programs across the United States. Grants are available for eligible small businesses across the U.S., especially in historically under-served communities affected by the pandemic. Some of the eligible expenses that can be covered by the grant include rent and utility payment, meeting payroll, paying outstanding debt to vendors, upgrading technology infrastructure, and other immediate operational costs.
