Indiana County Court will be busy today, with Judges William Martin and Thomas Bianco conducting Plea Court for a number of defendants.
President Judge Martin will hold Plea Court for five defendants:
- 19-year-old Trevor Ole Day of Homer City, who is charged with felony possession with intent to deliver, misdemeanor possession, and two traffic offenses.
- 27-year-old Sultan Saad M. Aloyaydi of Indiana, who is charged with two counts of driving under the influence, accidents involving death or injury, accidents involving damaged vehicle or property, and five summary traffic offenses. In a second case, he will plead to charges of obstructing the administration of law, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness.
- 37-year-old Jonette Mae Kennedy of Punxsutawney, who is charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and endangering the welfare of children.
- 52-year-old Denise A. Clark of Clymer, who is charged with defiant trespass.
Judge Bianco will hold Plea Court for:
- Joshua Daniel Thomas of Indiana, who turns 20 years old today. He’s charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct (fighting).
- 40-year-old Tobias Wright of Blairsville, who will plead in two cases. In one, he is charged with terroristic threats, harassment, obstructing emergency services, and disorderly conduct. In the other. He’s charged with terroristic threats, harassment, and disorderly conduct.
- 35-year-old Carl Wayne Overman of Hillsdale, who will answer charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, recklessly endangering another person, and sixteen summary traffic offenses.
- 37-year-old Krista Nicole Huey of Rochester Mills, who is charged with felony possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communication facility, as well as misdemeanor possession.
- 49-year-old Roy L. Keith of Cherry Tree, who is charged with disorderly conduct.
- 24-year-old Steven Paul McCloskey of Homer City, who will plead to possession of drug paraphernalia, public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct.
Judge Bianco will also conduct sentencing of 45-year-old Craig Irvin McMillen of Brockway, who was found guilty by a court jury of two counts of driving under the influence and four summary traffic violations.
